FAQs - I've Already Ordered

    Below is a list of frequently asked questions for customers who have already placed their order.

    If you haven't placed your order yet and you have a question, please visit our FAQs - I'd like to order page.

    To see the status of your order login to your account and go to your Dashboard. There you will be able to see your order history and the status of your order, along with an estimated delivery time.
    If your order is in stock and it has been more than 14 days since you placed your order then please contact us.

    If your order is either 'In production' or 'On its way' then please log in to your account and go to your Dashboard to see the delivery time of you order.
    Our specialist furniture courier will usually contact you 3-4 days prior to delivery to book in a suitable time-slot.

    You may contact the courier anytime to find out when they will be in your area using the contact details provided on the confirmation email.
    Yes. If you would like an update on delivery feel free to contact our courier using the details provided in the confirmation email.
    Should your product not arrive in perfect condition, we'll resolve the issue and advise on the best solution, including refund or repair options.

    In order to help us assess the situation, we ask that you send a photograph of the product fault to support@modedesigns.co.uk.
    We give all of our customers 14 days to return any item - even if it's not damaged.

    However, if it goes over 14 days and you have simply changed your mind we are unable to arrange for this item to be returned to us.
