FAQs - I'm looking to order

We have 3 stock statuses:

• In Production
• On Its Way
• In Stock

"In Production" means we're in the process of making your furniture. We're still collecting orders and putting them into production, so you can be certain of securing your furniture. As an added incentive we also giving you 10% off if you order anything which is In Production.

"On Its Way" means Your furniture is somewhere on the ocean! It's been shipped from the factory and is making its way to the UK so not long to go now.

"In Stock" means we have some left in stock in our warehouse, boxed up and ready to be dispatched. You have to hurry though - we only have a limited number and they go quickly...

Next to each stock status is a delivery time which provides an estimate of how long it will take for you to recieve the furniture.

At this stage we only offer our furniture in white gloss.

We are looking to offer certain collections in Taupe and Black gloss in the future. If you would like more information please contact us.

On the product page under the 'Additional Information' tab you can see the assembly time for each product.

In most instances our furniture comes ready assembled, but when assembly is required it's usually very basic and only takes about 5 minutes!

To use your rewards of gift voucher just go to checkout as normal and apply the codes / your rewards in the appropriate fields in the 'Order Review' section.
