Submit your return request
If, for whatever reason, you wish to return your item, submit your return request via our /returns portal within 14 days of receipt.
Simply log into your account and click the 'Submit Return' link.
Repackage your item
We request you repackage the item back in its original packaging.
If you no longer have the original packaging we cannot accept any /returns.
Await collection
As our furniture comes ready assembled and is quite big, you can't use a standard parcel courier.
That's why we can arrange collection using our 2 man service - all you have to do is hand it over.
